General terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Solyara products, software, and the website hosted at mkayara.biz. By using our services you agree to these terms. Where applicable law requires, separate agreements may apply to specific products or commercial arrangements.

1Eligibility to use

Use of Solyara services requires that you have the legal capacity to form binding contracts and comply with these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or otherwise use services that require an account. If you are a minor under local law, you may use the services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable in Singapore or your jurisdiction of residence.

Access to certain features may be restricted in some countries. Solyara products are primarily supported in Singapore; availability in other jurisdictions depends on local regulatory approvals and distribution arrangements.

2Accounts and access

Creating an account may be required to access certain features. Account registration requires providing accurate contact information and a valid email address. You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

Provide current and accurate information during registration and update it as needed. Inaccurate contact details may limit our ability to provide support or important product notices.

Take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials. Notify Solyara promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend access to an account where security is reasonably believed to be compromised.

Account credentials and access rights are personal and may not be transferred without Solyara's prior written consent, except where permitted under a separate commercial agreement.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] and follow the security steps provided in our support materials. We will assist with account recovery consistent with applicable law.

Solyara may suspend or restrict access to accounts for violations of these terms, security concerns, or legal obligations. We will notify affected users where permitted by law and provide information about next steps.

3Service description

Solyara provides hardware and software for AI smart devices intended for everyday living, including device management, firmware updates, and cloud services. Specific features and availability vary by product model and region.

We may modify, discontinue, or update services or features at any time. Where material changes affect consumer-facing functionality, we will provide advance notice when practicable.

Service availability depends on network conditions, device compatibility, and third-party infrastructure. Routine maintenance or unplanned outages may temporarily affect service performance.

4User conduct rules

Users must comply with rules designed to protect safety, privacy, and lawful use. Prohibited activities include the following:

  • Interfering with the normal operation of Solyara services or devices, including attempts to bypass security controls.
  • Using the services to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or engage in unlawful surveillance.
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts, devices, or personal data without authorization.
  • Modifying device firmware or software in ways that compromise safety, regulatory compliance, or security.
  • Collecting personal data from others via Solyara services without lawful basis and required notices or consents.
  • Using automated means to scrape, index, or otherwise access Solyara systems without prior permission.
  • Impersonating Solyara personnel or misrepresenting affiliation with Solyara in communications.

5User content

Users may submit content such as device names, feedback, or forum posts. By submitting content you represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it complies with these terms.

You retain ownership of content you create. Solyara does not claim ownership of user-submitted content except as necessary to provide services and comply with the license terms described below.

By submitting content, you grant Solyara a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content to provide, improve, and promote our services, and to comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for the content you provide. Solyara may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law and may cooperate with legal requests from authorities or rights holders.

To request removal of user content, contact [email protected] with details. Removal requests will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our policies.

6Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Solyara branded materials, device designs, software, and website content are owned or licensed by Solyara. Users must not use Solyara activity without prior written permission.

  • Do not copy, modify, or distribute Solyara software except as expressly allowed under a separate license.
  • Do not remove or alter any copyright, activity, or other proprietary notices on Solyara materials.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Solyara software except where applicable law permits.

7Paid services

Certain Solyara features or support services may be provided for a fee. Paid services are subject to additional terms and pricing information provided at the time of purchase.

Pricing for paid services will be displayed at purchase and may include one-time fees, subscriptions, or recurring charges. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods and billing cycles are specified at purchase. You agree to provide valid payment information and to pay all fees in accordance with the terms disclosed at checkout.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation policies and notice periods are provided at subscription signup and in the account management interface.

Refunds for paid services are handled in accordance with the refund policy provided at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws in Singapore.

You may cancel subscriptions via account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation may affect access to paid features at the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental assessments arising from paid services, unless Solyara is required to collect them under applicable law.

Solyara may change prices for paid services. Price changes for existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance in accordance with the subscription terms.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of paid features. We will notify you of payment issues and provide reasonable time to resolve them.

8Disclaimer

Solyara provides products and services on an 'as is' basis to the extent permitted by law. Information about device performance and capabilities is provided for informational purposes and may vary by model and environment.

9Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solyara and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Liability for direct damages is limited to sums paid for the specific service in the prior 12 months where applicable.

10Third-party services

Third-party content, integrations, and services accessible via Solyara are governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Solyara is not responsible for actions or omissions of third-party providers.

11Termination

Solyara may suspend or terminate access to services for breaches of these terms, legal requirements, or security reasons. Users may terminate their account in accordance with account management options.

Upon termination, access to services and user content may be restricted or deleted according to our retention practices. Termination does not relieve obligations such as payment of outstanding fees.

12Privacy and data

The Solyara Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal data and explains user rights and contact details. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

13Communications

By using Solyara services you agree to receive communications related to account management, product updates, and service notices. Marketing messages will be sent only with consent or where permitted by law.

14Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Significant changes affecting user rights or consumer-facing features will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Where required, local consumer protection laws will apply and may affect certain provisions.

16Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from these terms or use of the services should first be addressed through our support channels. Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or the courts in Singapore as permitted by law.
